Contact Forms
Catch-A-Dream is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via form submissions, email or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us or to exercise due process on event registration.
Catch-A-Dream asks for contact information such as name, address, phone number, email, etc. when online forms are used. We may use this information you give to provide you with a receipt, to verify or obtain additional information about a registration or sponsorship you have made, or to obtain further information about event registration. We may use this information to send you additional information regarding a particular form you are using (For example, following up on an event registration)

Personal Billing
Along with contact information, Catch-A-Dream may ask for billing information such as address and credit card number when you register for an event, become a sponsor, or make a purchase. Many of our online forms are hosted by third-party vendor MobileCause. Every piece of user data held by MobileCause is guarded by 100% PCI compliant systems. With all our online forms, your data is protected by PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) v3.2, the highest standard for credit-debit card security on the web. We have confidentiality agreements with MobileCause to protect your privacy. Whether you pay via credit card or PayPal, your billing and contact information is not shared with any other companies/organizations and is not retained once your transaction has been processed.
Angler Registration Information
Catch-A-Dream collects angler information and personally identifiable contact information to be used exclusively for eligibility determination, registration approval processes, and event planning and implementation. Catch-A-Dream Foundation does not share this information with any other parties.
Other Contact Information
Catch-A-Dream occasionally asks for information to contact people other than yourself, such as company sponsorships. This information is required to verify registration eligibility and is not shared with any third parties without permission of registerer.
Sometimes we ask for contact information for others than yourself including, for instance, a mailing address to which we send notifications to next of second team members. We use this information to inform them of your registration if needed. Such information is not shared with anyone other than Catch-A-Dream and it is not added to any mailing or subscriptions lists other than the registration mailing list.
Analytics
Catch-A-Dream and its sub-domains (bassclassic.catchadream.org and pickwickclassic.org) use Google Analytics to monitor traffic of these websites. This information helps us to determine how to best serve our website visitors.

Who We Share Your Data with
Data you submit on our website is used exclusively by Catch-A-Dream and is not shared with any other entity except as required for validation of registration processes and verification of event registration.
Information you voluntarily provide such as for text messaging updates may be stored with a third-party vendor (example: MobileCause or MailChimp) so that we can effectively and safely use their services. Emails and other messaging systems will only be used where you have requested to opt-in. You will not receive any contact or spam from Catch-A-Dream by signing up for our newsletters or other messaging systems. You can opt-out of the services by unsubscribing (example: MailChimp offers this at the bottom of each email).
Personally identifiable donor information is not shared with, rented, or sold to any other entity or individuals. Non-personally identifiable information may be shared in the form of anonymous usage data, numbers of clicks, numbers of angler registrations by category, etc.
Catch-A-Dream reserves the right to disclose your information where required to do so by law, if subject to subpoena or other legal proceedings, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to protect the security of our terms of service and/or the integrity of our Program.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
At any point, you can request that we delete any personal data Catch-A-Dream holds about you, excluding any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Additional Information
Catch-A-Dream may display anonymous non-personally identifiable testimonials from anglers, sponsors and volunteers associated with, or served by our Program.
How We Protect Your Data
Catch-A-Dream takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline to the greatest extent reasonably possible. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Wherever we collect sensitive information that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. Credit information, when collected, is transmitted via secure PCI compliant third-party service providers. Catch-A-Dream never sees, and thus cannot retain your credit number.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees and Event Committee who need the information to perform a specific Program Delivery Task (example: event registration, eligibility verification, event implementation) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
