Q&As

Bass Classic is just 4 days away, and we’re getting lots of questions. So here are a couple of Q&A’s :
• Can we buy jerseys even if we don’t fish? YES! They will be available while supplies last during the Registration event at Bass Pro Shops Saturday May 1, 4pm-6:30pm and Sunday during the tournament at a specially designated tent near the pavilion area 11 am until weigh-in closes.
• What’s that pattern on the jerseys? This is the proprietary Catch-A-Dream “Sea-Cloud” Camo pattern designed exclusively for us by our friends at Scalewears and only available on Catch-A-Dream gear.
• We hear rumors that the weigh-in will not be a public event; is this true? YES! Due to the continued need to ensure adequate personal spacing and to accommodate other Covid protocols with a tournament including over 400 anglers, the weigh-in will be open to registered anglers and staff only. BUT, we will LIVESTREAM right here on the tournament FB page, so no one has to miss a thing and everyone will have a front row seat! Watch from home or wherever is comfortable — even your boat!

It’s tournament week!

The name is new but it’s still the Catch-A-Dream Bass Classic!  And a week from today, the 2021 Bass Classic will be in the books.  If you’ve not registered, there’s still time!

And if you’re not fishing you may want to take advantage of the Woodmen Life Boston Butt sale  There are only a few left, and all sales go directly to Catch-A-Dream.  Order yours here  https://igfn.us/form/fpNeXA , pick it up hot off the smoker Sunday during the tournament, and enjoy some really great smoked pork for lunch or dinner Sunday!

Online registration remains open until noon on May 1 https://bassclassic.catchadream.org/registration/ .  After that time, registration will be in-person only either at the Registration Event at Bass Pro Shops 4-6:30 pm Saturday May 1 or onsite at the North Goshen (Tommy’s) pavilion Sunday May 2 where the tournament is based.

We do not recommend, that you mail your registration after TODAY Monday, April 26, as we will be heading to Jackson Thursday afternoon and don’t want to miss your form.  And we all know how the mail is these days!

If you’ve already registered, you are good to go until Saturday May 1, when you will need to check in at the Bass Pro Shops parking lot between 4 pm and 6:30 pm to receive your Boat Number, credentials and any jerseys you may have pre-ordered.  Safety teams must present ID to confirm eligibility for this Division.

This will be a “drive through” process for all pre-registered anglers, but we will also offer on-site registration for any who prefer to register in person.  Jerseyswill also be available onsite at Bass Pro Shops while supply lasts – they are going fast!

Bass Classic is only a week away, and you may have noticed a new logo!

A year ago, we weren’t even able to be on the water, and “lockdown” was a household word. Though all is not yet back to pre-pandemic “normality,” we look forward to the freedom of just “being on the water” and to a great tournament!
