The 2012 Bass Classic, held May 6, 2012, generated $53,000 in net proceeds!

The Catch-A-Dream Foundation Bass Classic, formerly known as the Fallen Firefighters Memorial Bass Tournament, is a charitable competitive bass fishing tournament held annually on Ross Barnett Reservoir near Jackson, MS. The week-end charity tournament actually has a long and storied history, dating back over 30 years to the Have-A-Heart Bass Tournament that preceded the Fallen Firefighters Memorial.  Over 400 amateur anglers participate annually, and the event generates net proceeds in excess of $50,000 while providing significant statewide media and public exposure to sponsors.

The event is one of only two “signature” benefit events conducted by the Catch-A-Dream Foundation annually, and in its first three years has generated $153,000 in net proceeds.
